Baku to Khinalig is an approximately 3.5-hour car ride. You can also drive; or do a combination of bus and taxi; or do a combination of train and taxi. Wrap up your sightseeing by early afternoon on the 15th (Thu) to allow enough time to drive to Guba.

On the 16th (Fri), get engrossed in the history at Mountain Jews Museum, then admire the sheer force of Afurja Waterfall, and then take your sightseeing to a higher altitude at Tengya Alty Gorge. On the 17th (Sat), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: stroll the grounds of Guba Genocide Memorial Complex, then stroll around Nariman Narimanov Park, then contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Six-Domed Synagogue, and finally take in the dramatic scenery at Laza Waterfalls.

Traveling by car from Khinalig to Guba takes 1.5 hours. Alternatively, you can drive. In April, plan for daily highs up to 20°C, and evening lows to 7°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 17th (Sat) to allow enough time to drive back home.
