You'll explore the less-touristy side of things at Chiesa di Santa Maria del Monte dei Cappuccini and Castello di Issogne. Get out of town with these interesting Turin side-trips: Castello della Manta (in Manta), Marchesi di Barolo - Sede legale, magazzini e spedizioni (in Barolo) and Castello di Verres (in Verres).
