The largest city in the Peruvian Amazon and the world's largest metropolis unreachable by road, Iquitos represents a major starting point for river and rainforest adventures.You'll explore the less-touristy side of things at Nature & Wildlife Tours and Amazon River. Escape the urban bustle at La Isla De Los Monos and Boat Tours & Water Sports. Go for a jaunt from Iquitos to Padre Cocha to see Pilpintuwasi - Wildlife Rescue Center And Butterfly Farm about 38 minutes away.
