Rincon — 4 nights

A seaside playground in the Caribbean, Rincon was a small agricultural and fishing town until it hosted the 1968 World Surfing Championship.
Eschew the tourist crowds and head to Playa Crashboat and Tres Palmas Marine Reserve. Explore Rincon's surroundings by going to Jobos Beach (in Isabela) and Cabo Rojo (Faro Los Morrillos, Playa Sucia, &more). Ponce is both a city and a municipality in the southern part of Puerto Rico. Discover out-of-the-way places like Horseback Riding Tours and Isla de Caja de Muertos. Isla de Vieques — 6 nights

Isla Nena

For sixty years until 2003, most of the Isla de Vieques was closed off to the public, with the US Navy using the island's beaches and surrounding waters for drills and testing of new military machinery, such as bombs.
