Situated in a basin between two mountain ranges, Taipei appeals to tourists with its blend of Asian cultures, living side by side amidst Japanese-era mansions and Taoist temples.

Xiulin Township or Sioulin Township is a mountain indigenous township of Hualien County, Taiwan. Start off your visit on the 11th (Tue): hike along Lushui Trail, then pause for some serene contemplation at Xiangde Temple, then take in the natural beauty of Wenshan Hot Spring, and finally take in the dramatic scenery at Baiyang Waterfall. Located on the southern tip of the eponymous peninsula, Hengchun serves as the entry point to Kenting National Park, often attracting more travelers than locals with its tropical beach resorts and bustling night markets.
