The 2013 European "Capital of Culture," Marseille is the largest port city on the breezy Mediterranean coast and the second largest city in France.
You'll visit kid-friendly attractions like Plage du Verdon and Calanque d'En-Vau. Get some historical perspective at Basilique Notre-Dame de la Garde and Palais du Pharo.
