Straddling the banks of the Eerste River, the university town of Stellenbosch enjoys international fame for its renowned wine estates and gourmet restaurants.
Start off your visit on the 10th (Wed): take in the spiritual surroundings of Dutch Reform Church, learn about winemaking at Dornier Wine Estate, and then learn about winemaking at Peter Falke Winery.
