On the 25th (Fri), enjoy the sand and surf at Santa Rosa Beach and then kick back and relax at St. Andrews State Park. On the 26th (Sat), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: get the adrenaline pumping with an extreme tour, then learn about winemaking at Panama City Beach Winery, and then kick back and relax at Panama City Beach.

Fort Lauderdale to Panama City Beach is an approximately 6-hour combination of flight and car. You can also drive. Traveling from Fort Lauderdale in February, things will get a bit cooler in Panama City Beach: highs are around 68°F and lows about 46°F. Finish your sightseeing early on the 26th (Sat) to allow enough time to drive to Pensacola.
