Akrotiri to Gavdos is an approximately 4.5-hour travel. You can also travel. Traveling from Akrotiri in August, plan for little chillier nights in Gavdos, with lows around 20°C. On the 13th (Fri), wrap the sightseeing up by early afternoon so you can travel to Gavdos.

On the 14th (Sat), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: tour the pleasant surroundings at Agios Ioannis Beach and then enjoy the sand and surf at Sarakiniko Beach.
