Glacier Village

As one of the country's oldest ski resorts, Grindewald serves as a prime example of a cozy Swiss ski town.
On the 9th (Fri), trek along Via Ferrata, then take in the awesome beauty at Allmendhubel, and then hike along North face Trail. On your second day here, get to know the fascinating history of Kleine Scheidegg, then take some stellar pictures from Thrill Walk Felsensteg Birg, then trek along Blumental Panorama Trail, and finally don't miss a visit to 007 Walk of fame - Schilthorn.

You can take a train from Zurich to Grindelwald in 4 hours. Other options are to drive; or take a train; or do a combination of train and bus. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 10th (Sat) so you can go by car to Zermatt.

Best known as home the Matterhorn mountain, Zermatt serves as a chic ski resort town of the Swiss Alps.
Start off your visit on the 11th (Sun): hike along Marmot Trail, then fly like a bird with a parasailing or paragliding tour, then take in the architecture and atmosphere at Intercontinental Church Society, and finally hike along 5 Lakes Walk.
