Tampa ranks among the country's most livable cities, attracting newcomers with its growing economy and status as a major port on the Gulf of Mexico.

Miami to Tampa is an approximately 3-hour flight. You can also drive; or take a bus. In August, plan for daily highs up to 92°F, and evening lows to 77°F. Finish your sightseeing early on the 14th (Sun) so you can fly back home.
