Waterpark Capital of the World
Named after a nearby scenic gorge famous for its steep sandstone formations, Wisconsin Dells features more than 20 water parks, making it one of the most popular vacation areas in this region.Bring the kids along to Mt. Olympus Water & Theme Park and Noah's Ark Water Park. Explore Wisconsin Dells' surroundings by going to Taliesin Preservation: Frank Lloyd Wright Visitor Center (in Spring Green) and Madison (Memorial Union Terrace, Olbrich Botanical Gardens, &more). There's still lots to do: get interesting insight from Tours, play a few rounds at Pirate's Cove Adventure Golf, look for all kinds of wild species at Original Wisconsin Ducks, and learn about wildlife with up-close encounters at Timbavati Wildlife Park.

Detroit to Wisconsin Dells is an approximately 3-hour flight. You can also do a combination of flight and train; or drive.
