Playa del Carmen, Mexico to Toronto is an approximately 8.5-hour combination of ferry and flight. You can also drive; or do a combination of bus, train, and car. Prepare for colder weather when traveling from Playa del Carmen in December: high temperatures in Toronto hover around 2°C and lows are around -3°C. On the 12th (Thu), you'll travel to Montreal.

Traveling by combination of ferry and flight from Toronto to Montreal takes 3.5 hours. Alternatively, you can drive; or take a train. Plan for slightly colder temperatures traveling from Toronto in January, with highs in Montreal at -5°C and lows at -13°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 23rd (Mon) so you can fly to Quebec City.
