5 days in Bled & Kranj Itinerary

On the 24th (Tue), test your problem-solving skills at popular escape rooms, then head off the coast to Bled Island, then step into the grandiose world of Bled Castle, and finally awaken your taste buds at Wine Tasting Bled. Keep things going the next day: get great views at Mala Osojnica, kick your exploration up a notch at some of the top local zipline courses and adventure parks, and then get great views at Straža Bled.

If you are flying in from Australia, the closest major aiport is Ljubljana Jože Pučnik Airport. In January in Bled, expect temperatures between 4°C during the day and -5°C at night. Finish your sightseeing early on the 26th (Thu) so you can drive to Kranj.

You'll find plenty of places to visit near Kranj: Idrija (Idrija Kamšt & Anthony's Shaft Mining Museum) and A. Primožič 1888 Lace Bobbin Collection (in Žiri).
