City by the Bay
Start off your visit on the 9th (Tue): see the interesting displays at de Young Museum, admire the natural beauty at Japanese Tea Garden, and then stroll around Golden Gate Park. Keep things going the next day: step off the mainland to explore Alcatraz Island, then take in the waterfront at Fisherman's Wharf, and then steep yourself in history at Golden Gate Bridge.
