Dubrovnik, Croatia to Berlin is an approximately 5-hour flight. You can also drive; or do a combination of bus and train. Finish your sightseeing early on the 19th (Wed) so you can drive to Prague.

Kick off your visit on the 20th (Thu): get engrossed in the history at Jewish Museum in Prague, then get to know the fascinating history of Staromestske namesti, then don't miss a visit to Prague Astronomical Clock, and finally snap pictures at Charles Bridge. Getting from Berlin to Prague by car takes about 3.5 hours. Other options: take a shuttle; or take a bus. July in Prague sees daily highs of 30°C and lows of 17°C at night. Cap off your sightseeing on the 21st (Fri) early enough to catch the flight to Vienna.

On the 22nd (Sat), step into the grandiose world of Schonbrunn Palace, examine the collection at Hofburg, and then pause for some serene contemplation at St. Stephen's Cathedral.

You can fly from Prague to Vienna in 3 hours. Alternatively, you can drive; or take a shuttle. In July, daytime highs in Vienna are 32°C, while nighttime lows are 19°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 22nd (Sat) to allow time to drive to Budapest.

On the 23rd (Sun), get a sense of history and politics at Hungarian Parliament Building, take in the views from Szechenyi Lanchid, then admire the striking features of Matthias Church, and finally don't miss a visit to Fisherman's Bastion.
