Mumbai, India to Kathmandu is an approximately 6.5-hour flight. You can also drive; or do a combination of train and car. The time zone difference moving from India Standard Time to Nepal Time is 0.2 hours. Expect a bit cooler weather when traveling from Mumbai in March: highs in Kathmandu hover around 29°C, while lows dip to 11°C. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 6th (Mon) so you can travel to Pokhara.

You can do a combination of car and flight from Kathmandu to Pokhara in 3 hours. Alternatively, you can drive; or take a bus. Traveling from Kathmandu in March, you can expect nighttime temperatures to be somewhat warmer in Pokhara, with lows of 16°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 8th (Wed) early enough to fly back home.
