Plan for slightly colder temperatures traveling from Curitiba in January, with highs in Arequipa at 23°C and lows at 13°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 19th (Sat) so you can fly to Cusco.

Traveling by car from Yucay to Chiclayo takes 33 hours. Traveling from Yucay in February, you will find days in Chiclayo are a bit warmer (36°C), and nights are much warmer (25°C). Finish your sightseeing early on the 10th (Sun) to allow enough time to drive to Trujillo.

Traveling from Chiclayo in February, expect nights in Trujillo to be about the same, around 24°C, while days are a bit cooler, around 29°C.
