Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to Machu Picchu is an approximately 35-hour flight. The time zone changes from Malaysia Time to Peru Standard Time, which is usually a -13 hour difference. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 4th (Sun) to allow time to take a train to Ollantaytambo.

You can take a train from Machu Picchu to Ollantaytambo in 2.5 hours. Alternatively, you can drive. In September, daytime highs in Ollantaytambo are 25°C, while nighttime lows are 5°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 11th (Sun) early enough to take a shuttle to Cusco.
