Get in touch with nature at Pikes Peak - America's Mountain and Colorado Wolf and Wildlife Center. Visit Rock Ledge Ranch Historic Site and Old Homestead House Museum for their historical value. You'll find plenty of places to visit near Colorado Springs: Mueller State Park (in Divide) and Cañon City (Royal Gorge Bridge and Park, River Rafting & Tubing, &more). There's still lots to do: trek along Seven Bridges Trail, see the interesting displays at Rocky Mountain Dinosaur Resource Center, learn about wildlife with up-close encounters at Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, and stroll through Palmer Park.
