6 days in Golden & Clearwater Itinerary

Venture out of the city with trips to Boulder (Pearl Street Mall, Flatirons, &more) and Idaho Springs (Zipline & Argo Mill and Tunnel). Denver to Golden is an approximately half hour car ride. You can also ride a tram; or take a bus. Expect a daytime high around 59°F in April, and nighttime lows around 36°F. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 4th (Tue) early enough to fly to Clearwater.

Kick off your visit on the 5th (Wed): kick back and relax at Clearwater Beach and then take a tour by water with Boat Tours & Water Sports. On the next day, take a leisurely stroll along Pier 60, see the interesting displays at The Dali Museum, and then test your problem-solving skills at popular escape rooms.

Traveling by flight from Golden to Clearwater takes 6 hours. Alternatively, you can drive; or do a combination of tram, train, subway, and taxi. The time zone difference moving from Mountain Standard Time to Eastern Standard Time is 2 hours.
