Phoenicia is a hamlet (and census-designated place) in Ulster County, New York, United States. You'll find plenty of places to visit near Phoenicia: Kerhonkson (Stony Kill Falls, Minnewaska State Park Preserve, &more), Windham (Windham Mountain & The Windham Path) and Kaaterskill Falls (in Haines Falls).
