Spend the 7th (Fri) spotting exotic species with a safari tour. Make the 9th (Sun) an unforgettable day with an extreme tour. Getting from Abu Dhabi to Dubai by car takes about 1.5 hours. Other options: do a combination of bus and subway; or fly. In April in Dubai, expect temperatures between 39°C during the day and 28°C at night. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 30th (Tue) early enough to drive to Abu Dhabi.

Explore Abu Dhabi further: steep yourself in history at Abu Dhabi Falcon Hospital, make a trip to Wahat Al Karama (Oasis of Dignity), browse the different shops at Yas Mall, and admire the striking features of Qasr Al Watan.
