Founded in 1535 by Spanish explorer Francisco Pizarro, Lima represents an interesting blend of modern attractions and preserved colonial architecture, much of it clustered in the World Heritage-listed city center.
Your cultural itinerary includes sights like Centro Historico de Lima and Cathedral of Lima. Visiting Parasailing & Paragliding and Balneario Embajadores will get you outdoors. Venture out of the city with trips to Playa Agua Dulce (in Chorrillos), Mirador La Punta (in La Punta) and Playa Santa Maria del Mar (in Santa Maria Del Mar). Spend the 17th (Wed) wandering through the wild on a nature and wildlife tour. Next up on the itinerary: take in the spiritual surroundings of Site Museum and Archaeological Sanctuary of Pachacamac, stroll around Parque Kennedy - Parque Central de Miraflores, make a trip to El Parque del Amor, and steep yourself in history at Basilica y Monasterio de Santo Domingo.

Bengaluru, India to Lima is an approximately 30-hour flight. Traveling from Bengaluru to Lima, you'll gain 10.5 hours due to the time zone difference. When traveling from Bengaluru in November, plan for little chillier days and about the same nights in Lima: temperatures range from 26°C by day to 20°C at night. Cap off your sightseeing on the 11th (Sat) early enough to go by car to San Pedro.
