The capital and political center of Switzerland, Bern sits on a peninsula formed by the U-shaped River Aare.
Start off your visit on the 1st (Fri): take in the dramatic scenery at Trümmelbachfälle, then fly like a bird with a parasailing or paragliding tour, and then admire the striking features of Rathaus Bern. On the 2nd (Sat), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: look for all kinds of wild species at Barenpark, admire the landmark architecture of The Cathedral of Bern, get curious at Einstein House (Einsteinhaus), then wander the streets of UNESCO-Altstadt von Bern, and finally take in panoramic vistas at Clock Tower - Zytglogge.

In many ways the most modern of Italian cities, Milan is a busy, elegant metropolis with an impressive list of grand palaces, fine churches, and important museums.
On the 3rd (Sun), get your bearings at Pinacoteca Ambrosiana, then admire the masterpieces at Pinacoteca di Brera, and then test your team's savvy at La Casa Maledetta. Here are some ideas for day two: admire the striking features of Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, then take in the spiritual surroundings of Duomo di Milano, then explore the historical opulence of Castello Sforzesco, and finally browse the exhibits of Basilica di Sant'Ambrogio.

You can fly from Bern to Milan in 3 hours. Alternatively, you can take a train; or drive. In July, Milan is a bit warmer than Bern - with highs of 34°C and lows of 21°C. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 5th (Tue) so you can catch the train to Turin.

A city of technology and industry, Turin is in northwestern Italy, a one-hour drive from the French border and slightly more than that from the Mediterranean Sea.
Get some cultural insight at Museo Egizio and Forte di Bard. Let the collections at Museo Nazionale del Cinema and Reggia Di Reale capture your imagination. You'll find plenty of places to visit near Turin: Castello di Fenis (in Fenis) and Criptoportico Forense (in Aosta).
