7 days in Cong & Galway Itinerary

Galway to Cong is an approximately 1-hour car ride. You can also take a bus. Expect a daytime high around 19°C in August, and nighttime lows around 12°C. Cap off your sightseeing on the 19th (Sun) early enough to go by car to Galway.

Get out of town with these interesting Galway side-trips: Ballyvaughan (Burren Birds of Prey Centre & Aillwee Cave). Spend the 20th (Mon) exploring nature at Connemara National Park & Visitor Centre.
