Start off your visit on the 26th (Sun): look for all kinds of wild species at Everglades Alligator Farm and then discover the deep blue sea with a scuba or snorkeling tour. Keep things going the next day: identify plant and animal life at Florida Keys Wild Bird Rehabilitation Center, get outside with Capt. Sterling's Everglades Eco-Tours, and then immerse yourself in nature at John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park.

Rochester to Key Largo is an approximately 5-hour flight. You can also drive; or do a combination of bus and train. Traveling from Rochester in February, expect Key Largo to be warmer, temps between 78°F and 62°F. Cap off your sightseeing on the 27th (Mon) early enough to go by car to Marathon.
