Wellington, New Zealand to Port Arthur is an approximately 9.5-hour flight. Due to the time zone difference, you'll gain 2 hours traveling from Wellington to Port Arthur. Traveling from Wellington in August, Port Arthur is little chillier at night with lows of 4°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 2nd (Wed) to allow time to drive to Hobart.
