Baden, sometimes unofficially, to distinguish it from other Badens, called Baden bei Zürich or Baden im Aargau, is a municipality in Switzerland. You'll find plenty of places to visit near Baden: Rheinfelden (Wellness-Welt sole uno & Brauerei Feldschlosschen), Uferpromenade Weggis (in Weggis) and Augusta Raurica (in Augst). Zurich to Baden is an approximately half hour car ride. You can also take a train. Expect a daytime high around 5°C in December, and nighttime lows around -1°C. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 28th (Wed) so you can travel to Baden.
