Da Nang — 4 nights

City of Bridges
A curious mix of developed beachfront tourism and untouched local city life, Da Nang presents an often-overlooked but authentic and welcoming picture of central Vietnam.Eschew the tourist crowds and head to Lady Buddha and Da Bao Real Leather. Change things up with these side-trips from Da Nang: Hoi An (Minh Huong Communal House, Japanese Covered Bridge, &more). There's much more to do: take your sightseeing to a higher altitude at Son Tra Mountain, explore the striking landscape at The Marble Mountains, make a trip to Marian Shrine of the Lady of Tra Kieu, and take a leisurely stroll along Love Bridge Da Nang.

Phu Quoc Island travel guide
The largest of Vietnam's islands, Phu Quoc combines tradition with modernity, and nature with nurture. Known for its pepper farming and fish sauce brewing, the island retains a charming rusticity in its fishing towns and inland plantations. Phu Quoc Island tourism developed rapidly, with a number of resorts sitting on the golden sands along the southwest coast. With half of the island registered as a national park, the dense jungles and mountains of the interior remain protected from overdevelopment--good news for wildlife living there, including slow lorises, macaques, owls, and tortoises.
