Beirut — 5 nights

Paris of the East

Sitting on the Mediterranean coast, Beirut, the country's capital and largest city, has plenty of appeal itself, as well as offering a convenient base for exploring the country's other sights and cities.
Explore Beirut's surroundings by going to Our Lady of Lebanon (in Harissa) and Byblos (Saint Charbel Tomb, Old Souk, &more). There's much more to do: pause for some photo ops at Jeita Grotto, shop like a local with Hamra Street, see the interesting displays at Mim Museum - Mineral Museum, and take an in-depth tour of National Museum of Beirut.
