The time zone difference when traveling from Lincoln to Las Vegas is minus 2 hours. In February, Las Vegas is warmer than Lincoln - with highs of 65°F and lows of 45°F. Cap off your sightseeing on the 28th (Tue) early enough to catch the flight to Los Angeles.
