Get outdoors at Playa Luquillo and Cascada La Mina (La Mina Falls). Step off the beaten path and head to Catedral Basilica Menor de San Juan Bautista and Isla Palominos. You'll find plenty of places to visit near San Juan: Cueva del Indio (in Arecibo), Luquillo (Monserrate Beach & Balneario Luquillo) and El Yunque National Forest (Yokahu Observation Tower & Catarata La Coca). There's lots more to do: kick back and relax at Playa Ocean Park, appreciate the extensive heritage of Paseo de la Princesa, make a trip to La Puerta de San Juan, and tour the pleasant surroundings at Carolina Beach.
