Nicknamed the "Emerald City" because of its abundant evergreen trees, Seattle is the cultural and business center of the Pacific Northwest, as well as a popular holiday destination.
Discover out-of-the-way places like Fort Casey State Park and Kerry Park. You'll visit kid-friendly attractions like Space Needle and Hiram M. Chittenden Locks. Step out of Seattle to go to Bainbridge Island and see Bloedel Reserve, which is approximately 1h 15 min away. And it doesn't end there: explore the world behind art at Chihuly Garden and Glass, stop by Chukar Cherries, don't miss a visit to The Gum Wall, and take a stroll through Pike Place Market.
