Hamilton is a town in South Lanarkshire, in the central Lowlands of Scotland. You'll explore and learn at Summerlee - Museum of Scottish Industrial Life and National Museum of Rural Life. Get some cultural insight at Chatelherault and Linlithgow Palace. Venture out of the city with trips to Lanark (Netherfield Alpacas, New Lanark World Heritage Site, &more), Little Sparta (in Dunsyre) and Potter Around (in Kirknewton). Belfast to Hamilton is an approximately 3.5-hour car ride. You can also drive. In June, daytime highs in Hamilton are 20°C, while nighttime lows are 11°C. Cap off your sightseeing on the 9th (Fri) early enough to travel to Hamilton.
