Getting from Tossa de Mar to Pamplona by flight takes about 5 hours. Other options: drive; or do a combination of bus and train. In July, daytime highs in Pamplona are 34°C, while nighttime lows are 18°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 27th (Tue) early enough to drive to Bilbao.
